NAME: The name of the society shall be Divya Ramayan yuva kala Manch , hereinafter referred to as “COMMITTEE”.
REGISTERED OFFICE: The registered office of the society shall be at Divya Ramayan Yuva Kala Manch, Sector 49 A Chandigarh
The COMMITTEE aims at the followings: To create educational, religious atmosphere / infrastructure.
To spread the teachings of Lord Rama / The Holy Book of the Ramayan and others for the benefit of the society.
To organize the Dushehra Festival annually/timely in the village.
To organize the cultural and religious programs for the welfare of the residents of the area.
To do needful for spreading the message of brotherhood, peace & truth and above all the non-violence.
To uplift and educate the weaker sections of the society by providing them with the free books, uniforms and other necessary articles.
To promote mutual understanding and cooperation to bring about social, cultural, religious, civil & educational awareness.
To remove evils from the society and educate the youth to avoid smoking, drinking, other drugs & to give up other bad habits.
To arrange seminars / or camps for awareness of culture, heritage and literature.
To arrange seminars / or camps for providing free literature about education of morals, culture and heritage. It also lull to organize educational, religious and cultural programs under aegis of different NGOs to uplift the education standard.
To construct, promote, acquire land and to do to the direction of advancement of construction of Building as such to meet the objectives of the committee by way of owned construction of building / or on rent / lease basis open for general public, without any discrimination of caste, color or creed.
To raise funds to meet up the objectives of the committee for investment in present and future plans for the welfare of general public.
To invest or keep in bank the surplus money for earning income to meet up the routine expenses of the committee.
To collect all Income from voluntary contribution, donations and subscription of the public, members, the government or the municipal corporation and adopt ways and means to collect funds for the committee and to invest the same in immovable or movable assets for fulfilling the objectives and carrying on the functions of the committee.
To co-operate with other organizations for furtherance of the objectives of the committee.
To do all lawful acts, deeds or things such as to forming of sub-committee for specific works, or all such things which are necessary and conducive for keeping the aims and objectives of the committee intact.
The income and expenditure of the committee where so ever derived shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objectives of the committee and sent forth in the memorandum of the society and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred, directly or indirectly, to any person other than the objectives of the committee.
If upon winding up or dissolution of the committee any asset in form of cash and kind left with the committee shall not credited or distributed among the members of the committee, but be given or transferred to some other institution having objectives similar to that of this committee at or before the time of dissolution.
